The TNYC is the biggest local NGO with offices in the six main islands. The focus is on helping youth to set up agricultural activities and projects from which they can benefit.

Activity:
Youth Business Units have been set up for organic virgin coconut oil and vanilla, as part of a sustainable livelihoods programme. Young people are also guided through the process of meeting organic standards in their work, as part of preparations for certification. The congress uses these activities as a means of supporting youth to improve their livelihoods.
